The terms, in full.

Plain English, nothing buried. You accept these on the intake form, where they appear alongside the questions — this page is the permanent copy so you can find them again afterwards.

1. What we build

• The face — one character likeness, the same in every image.
• The voice — a custom voice that speaks. Singing is included only if you ask for it on the intake form. If you choose no voice at all, none is built and the talking clips become movement and scene clips instead, at the same count and the same price.
• Photos — 60 images across 12 settings you choose, vertical, licensed to you commercially. We will swap out up to three shots you do not like, once, at no charge.
• Video — 15 clips of up to 15 seconds each: movement, scenes, and talking pieces in the character's voice.
• The chat — an always-on channel answering in character and guiding interested people to your paid account.
• The paid account — configured with profile, pricing, and every automated message written and priced.
• Posting — a live schedule with per-platform captions, plus a written guide for your build.

You also receive the setup to make further video from your own photos after handover.

2. Price and payment

$2,500 total. $1,250 to begin, $1,250 at handover once the build is delivered and the walkthrough is done. Or the full amount up front if you prefer.

No retainer, no revenue share, no monthly fee, nothing recurring.

3. Timeline

Ten working days, starting when your completed intake form comes back — not when you pay. Two things can extend it, both on your side:

• Platform ID verification. Fanvue verifies the account owner with government ID even for an AI creator. You start this on day 0. It is the most common cause of delay.
• Your approvals. We stop and wait at day 2 until you approve the face and voice.

If anything on our side slips, we tell you the day it happens.

4. Approvals

Two rounds are included: four faces per round, eight in total, with a voice sample alongside each round. You choose one. Nothing further is built until you approve a face and a voice in writing.

A third round, and any after it, is $150 each and entirely optional — you may take the refund instead.

5. Refunds

• Before you return the intake form: full refund, no questions. Nothing has been produced.
• After that, before you approve the face and voice: refund less a $250 production fee. Generating a face and voice costs money and takes hours; the fee covers work already carried out and is not a penalty.
• If none of the eight faces work: full refund, production fee included. Eight is the agreed limit, so this is a count rather than a judgement call.
• After you approve the face and voice: no refund. The build is underway and the work is substantially done.

6. What you own

All of it — the face, the voice, the photos, the video, the written persona, and every account. Licensed to you for commercial use without limit.

Your character is exclusive to you. We do not resell it, reuse it, license it to anyone else, or show it as our own work without your written permission.

7. What is not included

• Your audience. We build the system. Getting people to it is yours.
• Account registration. Platforms require your identity. You open the accounts; we configure them.
• Ongoing management. This is a build and a handover. Anything after is a separate arrangement.
• Any guarantee of income. We make no claim about what your creator will earn.

8. Running costs after handover

The chat and the image and video tools run on third-party credits in your own accounts. Those are yours to top up, at whatever level you choose. We show you where they are and roughly what your usage costs at handover, and we can set an automatic top-up where the service offers one. We do not mark them up and we do not bill you for them.

9. Access after handover

At handover you receive every login and credential. We keep no access to any of your accounts. You are free to change every password immediately, and we recommend you do.

Where you share a login with us during the build, it is used only to configure what is listed in section 1, for that window only. We never ask for and never handle your payout or banking details.

10. Content

What appears on your paid account is agreed between us directly and privately before it is produced. Either of us may decline any specific request without penalty. Nothing unlawful is produced under any circumstances, and no character is built to resemble a real, identifiable person.

11. Support

You may contact us at any time, during the build and after it, about anything relating to the build we did. This is not a support contract and carries no response-time guarantee — it is simply how we work.

12. Liability

Our total liability under these terms is limited to the amount you have paid us. Neither of us is liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost earnings.

Third-party platforms may change their terms, pricing, or rules at any time. We build to the rules as they stand on the day of the build and cannot be responsible for later changes.
